Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and Gretrix, which operates Maya ("Maya", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Maya you agree to them.
1. The service
Maya is an AI assistant that chats with you, remembers your business context, and, with the permissions you grant, works with services like Gmail and Google Calendar and texts you. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. AI disclosure
Maya is artificial intelligence, not a person. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what Maya proposes before you approve it, and for decisions you make based on it. Maya isn't a substitute for professional legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to bind your business. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about unauthorized use. Access may be invite-only during early launch.
4. Your data
You own your content. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide and secure Maya for you. Your data is isolated from other customers and handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including that we don't train shared AI models on customer data and that Google user data is used under Google's Limited Use requirements.
5. Connected accounts and approvals
When you connect a service, you authorize Maya to act within the permissions you grant. Maya asks before sending email, booking events or spending money. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Maya to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages, harass anyone, infringe rights, attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Text messages
By enabling texting you agree to receive account and task messages from Maya at your number. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. Plans include usage allowances; we may limit or pause usage above them or offer add-ons. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. You can export your data before deleting your account.
10. Disclaimers
Maya is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't guarantee that AI output will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gretrix won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify Gretrix against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms or the law.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend or end access for violations or to protect the service or other customers.
14. General
These terms are the entire agreement on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Contact: [email protected].
